We are half-way through December and about to kick 2020 to the curb. 2021 is going to be our year. With that in mind, I wanted to share the progress of The Boat Yard.
- New garage doors were installed on the the east side of the Beaver Express building.
- The automatic gate is completely installed and operational.
- We got our first customer (aka Ryan's broken sailboat).
- The partition walls are up between stalls in the Beaver Express building.
- We got a website, facebook page and google maps location.
Our next steps include:
- Setting up internet
- Installing the camera security system
- Renting out spots to customers
- Approval from the City of Garden City planning commission to approve our site plan to build more indoor storage
